The Study Mission explored sustainability, cultural heritage and security in the hub of international food organisations.

About the event
Organised by Heritage International Institute and the Eastwest European Institute, with the support of national and international partners, the Study Mission examined the links between food security and heritage preservation.
Participants took part in institutional visits to organisations including the World Food Programme and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
The programme combined workshops, cultural experiences and networking among young professionals and students, concluding with a sensory experience of gourmet cuisine based on food heritage.
