Heritage International Institute conducted an official mission in Nepal, including strategic meetings with the Municipality of Panauti and the Ministry of Culture, Civil Aviation and Tourism of Nepal.
The mission advanced discussions on the nomination dossier for the inscription of the Panauti archaeological site on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The programme included the conference “Discovering, Protecting, and Promoting Nepal as a Mosaic of Culture”.
