About the event
Heritage International Institute conducted a mission in Libya culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Antiquities of Libya.
The MoU focused on the digitization of the ancient sites of Cyrene, Leptis Magna, Ghadames and Tadrart Acacus.
The mission consolidated the partnership initiated in 2024 and advanced HII’s digital heritage work in fragile and post-conflict settings.
