International Symposium Heritage in War and Peace II: Spaces of Conflict, Spaces of Justice
The second edition of the symposium focused on natural heritage, climate change, pollution and the protection of cultural heritage in Ukraine.

About the event
Following the success of the first symposium at La Sapienza, the second edition was organised at McGill University in Canada and promoted by the Consulate General of Italy in Montreal.
The programme placed special focus on the protection of natural heritage and on the current challenges posed to heritage by climate change and pollution.
A high-level special session was dedicated to the protection of cultural heritage in Ukraine. The Virtual Museum of Cultural Heritage was also exhibited for two weeks at the Faculty of Architecture at McGill University.
