Representatives of the Heritage International Institute participated in the conference Art in Motion: Pathways Between Enhancement and Identity at the Emilia-Romagna Carabinieri Legion Command in Bologna.
The presentation explored the complex dynamics of illicit trafficking and emphasised the importance of international cooperation and advanced technologies to monitor, protect and recover stolen cultural assets.
The conference raised awareness of cultural heritage as a pillar of identity and social cohesion and marked the beginning of dialogue with the Carabinieri around future initiatives.
